The room i got was not great. my room was in a basement, and this was not very pleasant (i should have paid more attention). the sheet covers looked old. The fabric showed pilling , made it look dirty. the overall impression was disappointing.

The staff were kind, always offering assistance with a smile. the location suited me well. Transport links are close. breakfast was also nice. I found several options. the room offered a nice space and a calming atmosphere.

The pillows felt somewhat firm. It was not quite to my taste.

The breakfast area was well kept, and service was attentive. there were croissants, breads, fruit, and yoghurt. coffee and tea were also available and hot, which i appreciated. I enjoyed starting the day this way.

The room had a closet, and a desk too. the bathroom included towels and soap. the bed felt very good, and the lighting was adequate for reading at night, which we loved. But the view was amazing!

The location was pretty good, a short walk to many attractions. the hotel had friendly staff, always ready to assist. i got a very clean room, with all the basic amenities i needed. the breakfast included a good selection of food. It was a good start to the day.

i found the room to be slightly small, so maneuvering with luggage was tricky. it needed a bit of redesign.

The breakfast buffet provided a good variety of items. The bike rental service offered by the hotel was convenient and reasonably priced. I took a bike around the city.

The pillows were quite high, not very comfortable for my neck.
